Very comfortable. I enjoy them to teach in since they have flat soles on the bottom...easy to turn in compared to other types of tennis shoes/dance instructor shoes

I have been doing Zumba for about 7 years and these are the best shoes I have found! It’s so easy to turn and pivot in these. They do run a bit small. I usually wear a 6 or 6 1/2 but I purchased a 7 after reading reviews and they fit perfectly.

I absolutely love these shoes! They do run about a size small. I ordered one size up and they fit perfectly. They are great for hip hop—lightweight, flexible & easy to turn with.
