I had a great experience with customer service. Apparently Bloch shoes run very small so I had to return a pair and order the next size up. They were helpful on the phone and everything went smoothly. I was wondering why the shoes were so much cheaper than what is selling in my local stores. I presume it's because there shoes are made from canvas but they are good quality and exactly what I need.

This model of dance sneaker are terrific; I was told to buy a sneaker one or two sizes larger than that of my walking shoe, and was a little wary of whether they'd work. Turns out, the size I ordered is perfect: I find that turns on toe are smoother than ever, no sticking or slipping on the floor. I practice Zumba, so high energy movement is part of the act. I use these for Zumba. This is my third pair and I find them great for Zumba. I was having some pain in my knees doing turns wearing sneakers because the sneajers would stick to the floor. With these shoes, my knees hardly bother me and turning is easy because of the sole. I usually wear a 9, but in these I take an 11 for length.
