perfect with elastic band already attached

I bought a pair for my son who is starting ballet at the Boston Ballet. The quality is excellent. Very soft for young feet. I was really pleased to discover that the elastic band is already attached. I would also like to say that the delivery was expedited and efficient. Thank you.
