There were two tears at the waist hemline seam of the dress when I received it. Due to the material, I’m not sure it can be effectively repaired.

We followed the sizing guide and went up a size to account for growing feet. They arrived and are at least a full size too small! Went to return and it said 'already processed' so took them to UPS. $18 to return. No thanks. Contacted customer support a few times (mostly e-mails) to figure out how we can exchange them No response. Very disappointed and just want some guidance from someone!

This tunic is very beautiful but the size is too small for me I bought a 2x 3x it doesn't fit me.
