This skirt is super stretchy and extremely comfortable. There is a short petticoat underneath in case you are worried about the skirt being sheer, even though it's not. The skirt twirls beautifully and is a great buy overall.

I use this for Praise dance at church. We have adults and small children and the fit was great. It flowed just as I thought it would and the color is beautiful. I will probably order more in different colors.
