I wish that the fan would have been in a box instead of a bag. It is fragile and could have broken but it did not. It should be packed in a safer box.

I can say overall good product! Silk fans came in on time for when we needed them for. Material gets wrinkled very fast and fan kind of hard to close. Overall I'm very pleased with your service and items you offer. Good Job Danzia.!
