You can basically only wave this flag left or right. One wave too many and it is wrapped around the stick. I understand it isn't a swivel flag that rotates around the stick however, the range of motion is extremely limited because of HOW the velcro is applied to hold it in place.

I ordered 2 flags for my daughters. The material was strong and the colors look bright. The only thing I found wrong was the stopper on the ends were missing on one of my flags. Thanks for a great product wish you all could send me my end pieces.
