I didn't think it can with the small rods but it did and the wings spread out really nice. It was long and open up nicely. The quality is very good. The wings was shipped to my house pretty fast. It did not take me long to receive my packages.

I love them, purchased a gold pair as well. Need other colors. Very flexible a must for praise dancers

Beautiful wings, BUT...

These wings are beautiful and a great size for smaller spaces, BUT If you have even slightly larger upper arms, these will not fit! I also loved the collapsible sticks, but will have to figure out a way to make them fit so I can use them.

Feels and looks heavenly. Love the flexible rods. Would love to see the hand-held wings in more assorted colors.
