We followed the sizing guide and went up a size to account for growing feet. They arrived and are at least a full size too small! Went to return and it said 'already processed' so took them to UPS. $18 to return. No thanks. Contacted customer support a few times (mostly e-mails) to figure out how we can exchange them No response. Very disappointed and just want some guidance from someone!

    If you want a loser fit you can order a half size bigger. But we recommend to order street size. We do offer free returns if the ballet slipper ends up not fitting right.
