The chart on the website does not help much when ordering ballet slippers. I ordered slippers and the first ones did not come. If I did not call to check on the order, I would not have known they were not coming. I do give thanks to the customer service rep who helped me and chose the best size, unfortunately the slippers were too small for my nieces to wear. I would send them back but don't want the hassle of all i need to do to return them. Hopefully someone will need them and then i can say it was worth it.
