What happened to quality control? 1

I received my order recently. I noticed that the pants were dirty on the bottom. I didn't think it necessary to return them, since they were too long and needed to be cut. After cutting them, I noticed a hole in one of the seams.

I knew that I couldn't return them after cutting them, but I just wanted to make you aware the issue. I usually purchase wings from you and I've always been satisfied. This was my first clothing purchase.

I would like to continue shopping with you. Hopefully, this won't happen again.
