I ordered one full size larger than my street shoes are. They were still uncomfortable.. I called customer service and was emailed the return shipping label. I ordered one more half size up and now I can dance in them. The replacement shoes were received in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to buy dance shoes and accessories. They take care of their customers.
