Danzia Studio Account Terms and Conditions:

Create a studio store on danzia.com. The store URL will be http://www.danzia.com/school/[studio-id]. The [studio-id] is an id number unique to a studio and is assigned when the studio account is activated.
Customize store by sending Danzia a personalized banner and logo to display on their website.
Create individual classes classified by title, teacher and time/day.
Add teachers on their Danzia store.
Select products on Danzia.com and add them to classes.
Studio owner will receive 15% of the actual price of the sold item(s).
List your own products (such as gifts, studio clothes) on your Danzia store. You will only need to pay up to 25% of the sales to Danzia as a service fee.

Danzia will manage inventory and ship items to the customers. We do not manage inventory nor ship your own products.
Danzia will track the package status on UPS or USPS

The studio owner will provide bank account information and Danzia will deposit directly to their bank account monthly.

Danzia will manage customer service situations which may arise, with exception on certain situations.

Customers have 30 days within receiving an item for return. Customers will return item(s) to Danzia and our return policy will apply. Commissions already paid to the studio will be debited on the following monthly invoice. Your own products sold to customers should be returned directly to you and processed per your own return policy.

Free shipping does not apply to Direct Buy program.
Promotions and discounts may not be combined with studio discounts.
Purchases using Direct Buy Program are not eligible for Danzia Dollars reward program.
