It was poor quality and boring. It looked like a home made video. There was no enthusiasm. I received the item on time.

This Level 1 Training video offered much help to understand our praise team understand the why behind and seriousness of praise dance. Where is the next level. Can't wait.

I enjoyed the word emotion dvd I've learned a lot and dancing and what to wear and I enjoyed learning the dance moves would recommend people to watch it looking forward to see level 2
