Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes. We offer Express Shipping (2-day delivery) and Overnight Shipping (1-day delivery). Please note that Overnight shipping does not deliver on Saturdays. Orders shipped on Fridays by Overnight shipping will arrive on Monday. The detailed shipping information is available here.

A: Yes. We ship to Canada, Australia, UK, South Africa, France, Singapore, Finland, Saudi Arabia, and most other countries.

Q: Do you take money order or check?
A: Yes. Please make the check payable to Wonita International Inc. and mail it to our office at 1944 Terracina Dr. Unit J1, Sacramento, CA 95834. We will ship your order after receiving the money order or when the check is cleared if it is a check. Please include the item numbers, colors, sizes and quantity of items you are purchasing. Q: What is the return policy?

Q: What if the size does not fit me?
A: We understand. You can simply ship it back to us and we will ship you the size you want. Please read the exchange policy for more details.

Q: When can I receive a refund?
A: We usually issue refund within 2-3 business days after receiving your return. The refund goes to the credit card or Paypal you used to pay the order. It may take a couple days to show the refund on your credit card.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Please submit a return/exchange request at the return center. You will need your order/invoice number, which item(s) you are returning, the reason, and if you want an exchange. You may also contact us if you have further questions.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We usually ship your order on the same day as you place your order on weekdays if you place your order by 2PM PST. Delivery days depends on the shipping option you choose. You can find out the estimated delivery time by referring to the shipping information page.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?
A: Yes. We provide a tracking number for all orders. We send the tracking number to customers by email after it is shipped.

Q: Does the price include sales tax?
A: Yes, except California. We charge sales tax to California shipping addresses. If you have CA State Sales Tax Exemption, please email or fax us the certificate and we will not collect sales tax. Our fax number is (408)912-2881.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes. Customers must contact us ahead of time to confirm inventory is available at our west coast office and schedule a pick-up appointment. Our pick-up hours are 9:00AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday. Our office is at 1944 Terracina Dr. Unit J1, Sacramento, CA 95834.

Q: Do you ship to countries other than US and Canada?
